A successful process depends on continuous and effective communication between the leadership team and the congregation. So that’s where we’ll start.

Beyond the Bulletin is a workbook that will help you guide your congregational leaders to communicate with congregation members in a way that demonstrates they are a valued part of the congregation. The three sessions can be done through meeting once a month, or as a retreat.

Once you have an effective communication strategy in place, you and your team will be ready for the first workshop! 

 

Inspiring Constructive Change will introduce you to the principles and strategy of Appreciative Inquiry.  All three workshops are built on this robust change strategy. You and your team will use this process to discern the core values, mission and vision of your congregation.

Evangelism for Introverts  ​

In this workshop your team will learn four tools that do NOT involve knocking on doors, talking to strangers or holding up “John 3:16” signs. Instead, now that you know what your congregation values you’ll discover what the people who live and work near your church building care about and begin to see possibilities for partnerships. All from the comfort of your couch

Neighbors Together: Partners for innovation

Now that you know your congregations’ core values, as well as what the people in your neighborhood care about, it’s time to reach out to possible partners. By the time we get to this point, your team will be ready to talk to a few community leaders. Let’s love our neighbors by working with them for the benefit of the community.
